Lori's Sense For Taste was launched in late 2007 by Lori after deciding to chase her dream and passion for cooking. Her business now offers a range of services including specialised cooking classes for individuals and groups, and also catering for special events at offsite locations around the Central Coast area.
Born to Italian and Czech parents, her whole life has been filled with an emphasis on family and a love of good and simple food. Her earliest memories are filled with moments of families coming together over plates of Italian food, and it was this passion and love of food which she has been sharing with her own family ever since.

Lori's teaching philosophy is to debunk all the mysteries and common misconceptions surrounding good, healthy and versatile cooking. Health and lifestyle issues are a growing concern and the pressures of an increasingly hectic lifestyle are leading more and more to a reliance on expensive convenience and fast food.
Often poor health and children’s attitudes to food are the casualties. Freeing up funds for other healthy activities, providing a healthy diet, teaching children the value of delicious home cooking and discovering the pleasure and passion of food, are the results of cooking with confidence, care and love.
In an age where our health, environment and lifestyles are being challenged, creating healthier eating habits within the family unit is the best start we can give ourselves and our families.
