Lori catered for our Christmas Lunch for 35 people with professionalism, talent and charm. She was so accommodating when we had to change the venue late in the piece; nothing was a problem for Lori. And what would a Christmas Party be without food? Everyone is still talking about the fresh and delicious selection of food weeks after the event.
Lori laid out a marvellous array of finger foods, a sumptuous buffet and mouth-watering desserts. Her staff were very unobtrusive while sending around the finger foods. I would have no hesitation recommending her to anyone with catering needs. Our staff are now looking forward to seeing Lori again for a team building cooking class. Lori was so warm and welcoming, we instantly felt like old friends. It was a hands-on experience in a boutique style class of 4 students and we all felt like chefs for a day, except for the fun being had.
Not only did we learn how to cook a traditional Italian meal we also learnt about the different provinces of Italy and there cooking styles. Lori puts her heart and soul into her cooking and her expertise and authenticity in Italian cooking is amazing. After our 3 hour class we sat outside at a beautifully set table and Lori served us our dinner creation with a bottle of wine. I want to thank you Lori for this thoroughly entertaining day. The effort and personal touch you put on everything from the menus, the delicious Italian finger food, cheese & fruit platter (the best we’ve ever seen) food presentation and set up for Italian coffee to end the evening was all fabulous. Our guests raved about the food and enquired as to who our caterer was, so you may hear from them direct regarding other events they may be putting on themselves. We were very happy with everything. I was also very impressed with the calm manner, professionalism and enthusiasm you and your staff showed and the fact that our kitchen was left immaculate so that we had nothing to clear or wash up ourselves at the end of the evening.
